What Is KP Prashna?

KP Prashna, also called horary astrology, is a method used when a person's exact birth time is not known or not needed for the question at hand. Instead of the birth chart, the querent selects a number (commonly between 1 and 249) at the moment they ask their question.

A chart is then constructed for that number, at that moment, and analysed using the same KP principles of Sub-Lords and significators to address the specific question asked.

When Prashna may be used

This approach can be useful for a focused, specific question when birth details are incomplete. As with all KP analysis, Prashna is presented as a traditional interpretive method rather than a guaranteed answer.
